Job Responsibilities
1. Assist senior sales staff in managing client accounts and maintaining long-term business relationships.
2. Handle customer inquiries, prepare product quotations, and follow up on orders and delivery schedules.
3. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
4. Coordinate with internal departments including production, logistics, and after-sales service.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset;
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
4. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Prior experience in B2B sales support or the industrial equipment sector is a plus
